Services (both sales and purchase)

All our offers and agreements for SERVICES are subject to the DNR 2011 as revised in July 2013. Unless explicitly defined differently. The same is applicable for quotation requests and purchase orders, if we need SERVICES from others.

DNR 2011 stands for “Legal relationship client – architect, engineer and consultant DNR 2011”. It’s a well known standard defined by Koninklijke NLingenieurs (Branch association of consultancy and management firms and firms of consulting engineers) and BNA (Royal Institute of Dutch Architects).

Products (sales)

All our offers and agreements for PRODUCTS are subject to the ‘Terms and Conditions of the Metaalunie’ (Metaalunievoorwaarden) as revised January 1st, 2019. Unless explicitly defined differently.

It’s a well known standard defined by Koninklijke Metaalunie (Employers’ organisation for small and medium-sized enterprises in the metal and technical industry).

All our quotation requests and purchase orders for PRODUCTS are subject to the ‘General terms and conditions of purchase and (sub)contracting 2019’ as revised March 3rd, 2020. Unless explicitly defined differently.
